Dr. Cram is a Certified Medical Examiner through the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. We know how important it is for you to pass this test, that's why we provide a stress free exam in a comfortable environment. As a chiropractor, Dr. Cram is also able to assist you with improving your lifestyle choices and creating healthier habits to help protect your livelihood, and he’ll be glad to discuss these options with you during your exam. As part of the exam, a urinalysis is performed, but this is NOT a drug and alcohol test, the urinalysis checks for blood, sugar, and protein that could be signs of underlying health problems that could affect your ability to drive. 

To prepare for your exam, we ask that you bring the following: 

• Photo ID
• Medication list with dosages 
• Eye Glasses (if applicable) 
• Hearing Aids (if applicable) 
• Stress test results (if applicable) 
• Sleep Study results (if applicable)
