Cram Chiropractic is in-network with most major insurance plans, making it easy to use your chiropractic benefits. We’ll verify your coverage and explain what’s included before any care begins, so there are no surprises.

We work with:

• Most Major Insurance Plans – including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and others.
  

• Medicare – covers chiropractic adjustments for spinal conditions that meet Medicare guidelines.

• Medicaid (Iowa) – coverage available for qualifying plans; our staff can help check eligibility.

• Workers’ Compensation – if you were injured on the job, chiropractic care can help you recover safely and effectively. We’ll coordinate directly with your employer and claims representative.
  

• Personal Injury / Auto Accidents – we accept personal injury cases and can work with your attorney or insurance carrier to ensure your care is fully documented and billed correctly.
  
  

If you don’t have insurance or prefer to pay directly, we offer affordable self-pay rates and discounted wellness care plans. Many patients find that chiropractic care is very cost-effective compared to medications or invasive treatments.

We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for your convenience.
